Chef Jos trained in Europe and refined his craft at renowned restaurants and high-end hotels, including three-Michelin-star dining, Hilton luxury resorts, Conrad Chicago on Michigan Avenue, Waldorf Astoria properties, and premier private clubs. His background combines classical technique, modern innovation, and a deep respect for hospitality.
