1. Terms & Conditions
Title: Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11/24/2025
Welcome to EuroCateringKC. By making a booking, paying a deposit, or using our services, you (“you,” “client,” “customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services
We provide private chef services, bespoke menu creation, and catering for private events, subject to availability and agreement in writing by email info@eurocateringkc.com .
Details of your event (date, time, location, guest count, menu, pricing, and any special requirements) will be confirmed in a written proposal or event order. Only what is confirmed in writing is considered part of the agreement.

2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are custom and based on your specific event details. Prices may vary depending on seasonal ingredients, market fluctuations, labor, rental needs, and other factors.
A quote is not a confirmed booking. Your event is only confirmed once a deposit has been paid and written confirmation has been provided.

3. Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due according to the schedule stated in your proposal (see “Booking, Deposit & Payment Policy” below).
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain any deposit paid.

4. Changes to Guest Count & Menu
Final guest count must be confirmed by 5 days before the event. This final number will be used for billing, even if fewer guests attend.
Menu changes after confirmation may not be possible, or may be subject to additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
-
Providing accurate information about the event location, access, and kitchen facilities (if applicable).
-
Ensuring adequate space, utilities (water, electricity, gas), and equipment if we are using your kitchen.
-
Informing us in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements for you or your guests.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
It is your responsibility to inform all guests that food may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, etc.
We are not liable for allergic reactions if we have not been clearly informed of allergies in writing prior to the event.

7. Alcohol
If alcohol is served at your event, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations, including age restrictions. We do not supply alcohol unless specifically agreed and legally permitted.

8. Cancellations & Refunds
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for:
Events outside of our control (e.g., extreme weather, utility outages, road closures, strikes, government restrictions).

-
Any damage or loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific event/service.

10. Photography & Social Media
With your permission, we may take photos of the food, table settings, and non-identifiable aspects of the event to use for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer not to have any photos taken or shared, please let us know in writing before the event.
11. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that state.
