3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Title: Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, because we purchase ingredients and schedule staff in advance, the following cancellation terms apply.

Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel your event:

  • More than 30 days before the event:

    • Your deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made may be refunded or credited, minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., special orders, rentals).

  • 30–7 days before the event:

    • Deposit is non-refundable.

    • Up to 50% of the remaining balance may still be due, depending on costs already incurred.

  • Less than 7 days before the event or no-show:

    • 100% of the total invoice is due and non-refundable.

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule instead of cancel:

  • We will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

  • If you reschedule more than 7 days before the event, we may be able to apply your deposit to the new date.

  • Short-notice rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation, depending on costs already incurred.

Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible.

  • You will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule if possible.

  • We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you (such as other vendors, rentals, etc.).
