Booking, Deposit & Payment Policy

Booking Your Event
Your event date is not secured until:
-
We have discussed your event and provided a written quote/proposal, and
-
You have paid the required deposit and received a confirmation from us.
Bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Deposits
-
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated invoice is required to secure your event date.

The deposit will be applied to your final invoice.

If the deposit is not received by the agreed date, the date may be released to other clients.

Final Payment

Final payment (remaining balance) is due 7 days after the event date, unless otherwise stated in your proposal.

For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required at the time of booking.​

We accept the following payment methods: bank, Zelle, paywall, cash, and check
Additional Charges.

Your final invoice may include:

Additional guests beyond the original quote (if agreed).

Extra staff hours if the event runs longer than planned.

Rentals (plates, glassware, linens, etc.), if provided by us.

Travel fees, if applicable, for locations outside our standard service area.

Any additional charges will be discussed with you whenever possible and added to the final invoice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, because we purchase ingredients and schedule staff in advance, the following cancellation terms apply.
Client Cancellations
If you need to cancel your event:

More than 30 days before the event:

Your deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments made may be refunded or credited, minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., special orders, rentals).

30–7 days before the event:
-
Deposit is non-refundable.
-
Up to 50% of the remaining balance may still be due, depending on costs already incurred.

Less than 7 days before the event or no-show:
-
100% of the total invoice is due and non-refundable.

Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule instead of cancel:

We will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

If you reschedule more than 7 days before the event, we may be able to apply your deposit to the new date.

Short-notice rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation, depending on costs already incurred.
Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control:

We will notify you as soon as possible.

You will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, including the deposit, or the option to reschedule if possible.

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you (such as other vendors, rentals, etc.).​
